To be fair, the ingredients do seem mostly clean, which I appreciate. I haven’t used it long enough to say I’m completely sold, but so far it seems okay

I really like the tea smell, it’s fresh, calming, and not too overpowering. That said, I do wish it lasted a little longer or had a bit more depth to it. Still, it smells really nice overall.

I liked the tea choices here, they were good. The descriptions helped me figure out what I was getting, which was nice because I’m not always sure with tea stuff. The tea tasted good too. Shipping was okay, not super fast or anything, but it got here fine...

I ordered a few loose leaf teas from Golden Moon Tea i was impressed. I’ve bought loose tea before that showed up kind of stale, crumbly, dusty, or just smelling like cardboard, but this was way better than that.

The leaves actually looked like real full leaves, not a bunch of random bits at the bottom of the bag, and the smell hit me as soon as I opened it. Like, you could tell it was fresh, whether I was scooping it out, steeping it, or just opening the pouch again later. It brewed really clean too, not harsh, not weirdly bitter, not flat, not that oversteeped-tasting thing some teas have even when you make them right.
I’ve had a couple cups already, morning, afternoon, just sitting around reading, and even one while answering emails, and it’s been solid every time. It feels like good quality tea without being fussy about it. I’d definitely order again, maybe try a few more kinds next time.

I ordered from goldenmoontea.com and ended up reaching out to support because I wasn’t seeing much of an update on my shipping. They did get back to me, but it took a couple Days, so I was kind of sitting there wondering what was going on.

Once they replied, they were nice and answered my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the response Time had been a little quicker...

I actually liked this tea. It was smooth, not bitter at all, and had a little bit of sweetness that made it easy to drink. I do wish the flavor came through a bit more, but it’s still a nice one for winding down at night. I’d probably get it again, honestly
